Online apartment rental
Online reserving an apartment is comparable with booking a hotelroom. Simple, safe and fast. Most of the time an online pdownpayment is requested, which normally goes to the apartment rental agency of the website.
The remaining sum has to be paid on the arrival in the apartment tot the apartment manager or apartment owner. Normally they prefer the balance in cash.
What is the address of the apartment?
On the maps in the websites of most apartment rental agencies, you can find an accurate location of the apartment. You will be informed about the exact address details when the apartment rental agencies have received your downpayment.
How and when will I receive the keys of the apartment?
At arrival in the apartment. The apartment manageror apartment owner welcomes you at the apartment, and he will handle your check-in. He will inform you about things like how the oven works, the airco/heating, the nearest supermarket, nice restaurants, etc.
During the check-in you need to do the payment, and the apartment manager will hand over the keys.

Has the apartment been cleaned before my arrival?
If you rent an apartment via a professional apartment rental agency each apartment has been cleaned before the customer’s arrival. Cleaning yourself is therefore not necessary, but you are expected to leave the apartment in reasonable state.
What about bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment?
The accommodations, if rented by a professional apartment rental agency, will be fully serviced with bed linen and towels and the kitchen will have a full set of kitchenware and cooking utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
Items such as a hairdryer, ironing equipment, or internet connection,baby cot, baby bed etc vary per apartment. Please check the information in the apartment’s page to see what is provided with the apartment selected.

What is a damage security deposit?
When arriving in the apartment, the apartment manager or apartment owner will handle the check-in. You pay a damage security deposit in cash and the apartment manager will set a meeting for the check-out. At that moment the apartment manager will check the apartment together with the customer to make sure everything is okay and to return the damage security deposit.
