From the airport of Barcelona (BCN - El Prat) to the centre of Barcelona
It takes approximately half an hour to drive from Barcelona's airport El Prat to the centre of Barcelona (depending on the traffic).
You can travel bij train, bus or taxi.

Bij train
Between the terminals A and B there is an overhad walkaway which brings you to the train station. If you are planning to use the metro during your stay in Barcelona we suggest to buy a T10 (underneath you find more info about the metro).
Train C10 stops at the stations: Sants Estació, Passeig de Gracia and Estació de França. Estació de França is the final destination in the centre of Barcelona (el Born).

Biy blue shuttle Aerobus
The blue shuttle bus leaves about every 15 minutes from Barcelona airportand brings you to the city centre. A single ticket costs around 5 €. You can catch the Aerobus from outside bothtTerminal 1 and terminal 2. The Aerobus will then take you to the city centre where you can alight either at Placa Espanya or Placa de Catalunya.

By taxi
Taxis from El Prat airport into the city take about 30 minutes and cost about 30 €, with an additional charge for each large travelbag or suitcase.

From the airports Reus (REU) and Girona (GRO) to the centre of Barcelona
These two airports are situated approximately an hour and twenty minutes outside of central Barcelona by bus.

There are frequent buses to coordinate with every flight. The fare into Barcelona from either airport is roughly 12 € single and this is the easiest way into the city. At Reus you pay the fare directly to the driver but in Girona you need to buy tickets at a booth beside the bus (cash only). Both buses arrive in Barcelona at the station Sants Estació.

Public transport in Barcelona city
Taxis in Barcelona are black with a yellow stripe. A green lighton its roof means that the taxi is available.

The metro in Barcelona is pretty good and the fastes way to get around the city.We suggest a T10 pass which gives you 10 journeys for around 8 €. View the metro's website for more info: www.tmb.cat > or download the metro map >

Water in Barcelona
You won't get ill but it simply tastes notso good. In Barcelona it is common to buy plastic water bottles.
